These general conditions of sale exclusively govern sales by Empire Of Scents of products offered on the website www.parfums-montana.com, it being specified that the products sold on this site are reserved for individuals.  The validation of the order of a product offered on the parfums-montana.com website implies your express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without this acceptance requiring your handwritten signature. www.parfums-montana.com is a service of the company Empire Of Scents SAS with a capital of 40,000 Euros whose head office is located at 4, Place Wagram, 75017 Paris. Article 1. Price 

1.1 - The prices of our products are mentioned in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs, the amount of which will be invoiced in addition to you when the final validation of the order is made (see delivery conditions). 
parfums-montana.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order entry.

1.2 - For delivery to the European Union: The amount of your order will be calculated inclusive of all taxes. The tax applied corresponds to the Value Added Tax in force in the territory of delivery of your order. 

1.3 - The products remain the property of Empire Of Scents until full payment has been received by Empire Of Scents.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be subject to confirmation containing this contractual information no later than the time of delivery. www.parfums-montana.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. We undertake to accept your purchase order under the terms of these general conditions of sale. You declare that you have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Article 3. Availability 

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist. In case of unavailability of the product after placing the order, the member will be informed by email or telephone of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of his order. The customer will then be reimbursed for all or part of his order within a maximum period of 30 days after placing the order.

4.2 Secure payment

Article 5. Delivery 

5.1 General 
Products purchased on parfums-montana.com are delivered in mainland France or in certain European countries (Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Monaco, etc.). shipment to which is added the delivery time.  Delivery times vary from one sale to another and are specified at the order validation stage. 5.2 Delivery issues
In the event of absence during delivery to the address indicated by the customer, a delivery notice is normally left in the mailbox: it is then possible to collect the package from your post office within 10 days. following the filing of this notice. 
Upon receipt of your package, you must: 

• Check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery. 

• Indicate any anomaly on the delivery note in the form of a handwritten reservation accompanied by your signature. 

• Confirm these reservations to the carrier by acknowledgment of receipt before three working days. 

If the items need to be returned to us, they must be the subject of a return request to our services (contact form) within thirty days of delivery. Exceeded this period, any complaint cannot be accepted. In case of delay or absence of product, the customer can contact our Customer Service on the perfumes-montana.com website, by sending an email via the contact form. 

In case of return of the package to our premises following an impossibility of delivery of the latter (exceeded court deadline, incorrect recipient address, etc.), the customer is automatically notified by email. Without news from him within 3 months of receipt of the email, www.parfums-montana.com reserves the right to cancel the order. If the opening of a postal investigation was necessary (abnormal delivery time, package not delivered, etc.), the customer has 6 months from the date of shipment of the package to inform Parfums- montana.com. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account.

 

Article 6. Withdrawal period. 

In accordance with Article L120-20-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen clear days from the date of receipt of the goods to return any product. All products must be sent to the following address:

This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products delivered have clearly been the subject of long-term use (beyond a few minutes). The products must imperatively be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in a perfect condition for resale (blister closed, perfume pump not activated, product not damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer), accompanied by any accessory. 
Cannot be taken back any package for which no element makes it possible to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number). 
The return of all the products or services ordered will give rise to a refund equal to the totality of the sums paid by the Member at the time of his purchase. 
The refund to the customer's bank will be made within 30 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.  An email will notify the day and amount of the bank transaction. Any refund will be made according to the means of payment used by the customer during his purchase.
No cash on delivery will be accepted.
In accordance with banking legislation, no refund can be made on a credit card whose validity date has expired. In this case, parfums-montana.com reserves the right to ask you for any information enabling it to make the corresponding refund. 

 

Article 7. Products. 

The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. www.parfums-montana.com will do its utmost to ensure that the photographic visuals of the products faithfully represent the products offered for sale. Each product is also accompanied by a precise description allowing you to know its main characteristics. In the event of an obvious error between the characteristics of the product and its representation, the member will have the option of returning it and requesting a refund in accordance with the provisions of article 6 above.
